Healthy Hot Chocolate

It only takes max 10 minutes to prepare and serves 2 cups/mugs.

You need:         
  • 1 tbsp cacao (unsweetened or raw)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla (powder, extract or essence)
  • ½ tsp rice malt syrup, honey or maple syrup (or any sweetener you like)
  • 2-250ml milk of your choice
 
Instructions:      
  1. Mix cacao and spices together into a mug or cup.
  2. Mix till combined then divide between two cups.
  3. Add the sweetener to each cup (if required).
  4. Heat the milk of your choice (extra yummy with frother).
  5. Add a little hot milk to each cup and mix to dissolve the mixture. Top with the rest of the milk and enjoy!
