Yoga with Julia is a yoga and coaching business run by Julia Wolfram.
Julia Wolfram is registered as a sole trader business in Australia. Her ABN is 56 876 877 829.
Please read these terms carefully before placing a booking or order through this site. Once you proceed you are confirming that you agree to the points stated on this page.

RETREATS
To secure your spot on a retreat, please make a payment (either in full or partial deposit payment after personally discussing this option with me).
Deposits or full payments are 100% non-refundable.
Full payment of your retreat is required prior to the commencement of the retreat, or in accordance with the payment schedule for the payment plan you have selected.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

• All retreat deposits or full payments are non-refundable.
• Cancellations with an appropriate notice of 30 days in advance of the retreat start date made in writing via email, may be eligible for a refund (minus any credit card fees and the deposit). You may also be given the option to transfer your deposit and retreat fees to another student or defer to another retreat at a later date (within 18 months). There may be a $150 admin fee applied for transfers.
• Yoga with Julia cannot refund any deposits or credit card fees. However, your deposit or retreat fees may be able to be transferred to another retreat or lessons, to be used within 18 months.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to the retreat start date to secure your spot. If full payment is not secured in this time, the student risks forfeiting their spot on the retreat and will lose 100% of their deposit. This is due to the fact that significant costs are incurred to guarantee rooms, catering etc. And guarantees cannot be made for finding a replacement in time to fill your spot.
• In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 30 days from the start date of the retreat, and or no notice is given in writing, 100% of the fees paid and deposit will be retained and cannot be refunded.
  

Transferring to another Retreat or Student

• It may be possible to transfer a portion or full amount of the retreat fees to another retreat or to another student if someone can be found to take your place.
  
• Yoga with Julia is under no obligations to find a replacement, nor can we guarantee another retreat will be made available for you to transfer it to in the future or within the next 18 months.
• Cancellation within less than 30 days from the retreat start date, with notice given in writing and we are able to find a replacement to take your spot, an admin fee of 150$ plus credit card fee will be kept.
  

Yoga with Julia reserve the right to cancel any retreats at any time or withdraw a student at any time. In the event Yoga with Julia cancels a retreat for any circumstances seen or unforeseen. Yoga with Julia will not be held liable for any costs students may have incurred while planning for the retreat (e.g., costs relating to transportation, accommodation, airline tickets, credit card processing fees, work related loss etc).

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may vary the terms and conditions of this Site at any time by notice to you or by means of a notice on our Site.

WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE
Any personal information or material submitted or transmitted to this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.

USAGE OF SITE
Your use of this Site is at your own risk. You must exercise judgment and responsibility with respect to your use of our Site.
You may only access the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial use. You are permitted to browse this website, reproduce extracts by way of printing, downloading to a hard disk or for the purposes of distribution to other individuals.

UNAUTHORISED USED OF SITE
You are refrained from doing any inappropriate or unlawful acts, including but not limited to:

1. Any act that would harm others.
2. Any act which would constitute a breach of either the privacy (including uploading personal information without the concerned individual’s consent) or any other legal rights of individuals.
3. Any act that would violate any law or regulation governing Yoga with Julia or activities, including without limitation the laws and regulations governing unfair competition, false advertising, consumer protection, obscenity or spamming.
4. Any act that presents a security risk or that may interfere with the operation of the Site.
5. Any act that infringes another’s copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity.
6. Use the Site to gain illegal or unauthorised access to other computers/networks through hacking or other means.
7. Assist or permit any person to engage in any of the activities described above.
   

CONTENT USAGE & COPYRIGHT
All images, text, photographs and videos and content on the Yoga with Julia website are subject to copyright. Customers are free to share product images on their Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, blog and other social media sites when shared in good faith & with a full credit to Yoga with Julia. No other usage is authorized without the explicit permission by Julia Wolfram, Yoga with Julia.

TRANSMISSION
When using this site if you disclose, submit, transmit or offer any non-personal communication or material including information, photos, videos, text, graphics, questions, creative suggestions, messages, comments, feedback, ideas, notes, articles, stories and other material it will become the property of Yoga with Julia. It may be used for any purpose including reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcasting or posting. Any use is without compensation to the party submitting information.

Yoga with Julia welcomes legitimate purchases from anyone over the age of 18 with a valid credit/debit card.

PAYMENT
Yoga with Julia uses PayPal and Stripe to take payment for all orders. Yoga with Julia does not store any credit card information – all credit card information is processed by Paypal via your PayPal account, or your credit card is securely processed by Stripe. When placing an order with Yoga with Julia you (the customer) confirm that you are authorised to use your selected credit card and/or Paypal account. Every care and duty within our power is taken to ensure this site is secure, and we make an effort to use all available technology and safety measures. Therefore, Yoga with Julia cannot be held responsible for any loss suffered because of unauthorised access to this site.

LIABILITY
Yoga with Julia does not have any liability for damages of any kind, including without limitation any special or punitive, incidental, indirect or direct, or consequential damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity, costs, losses or liabilities arising out of your access to content of this Site.
