Enjoy some time for yourself without the guilt of leaving your bub. Bring your child/ children along and gift yourself some quality time and connect to other Mums/ Dads, who are in a similar position.
45 minutes of time on the mat with your child being involved as much as you want and time to find that peaceful connection with your little one while dropping into your own body. |
11:00 am Prenatal Yoga
Yoga during pregnancy will help you increase your body awareness, prepare you for birth and reduce stress and anxiety around becoming a mum. Gentle breathwork will increase your capacity to take a deep breath, meditations designed for mums to be will bring you closer to yourself and your baby, and gentle movements will support your body along the way.

2:00 pm Seniors/ Chair Yoga
It is important to keep your body moving, no matter how old. To make it more accessible this class will use chairs and other props to support more mature bodies.

5:15 pm Yin-Yasa Yoga
The combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga will help you to let out the steam of the day and then find relaxation to get ready to wind down.

6:45 pm Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is an amazing way to relax your entire being. Soften your muscles, your mind and your soul to destress and get ready for the night.

10:45 am Morning Meditation
Start your day with a nice meditation, setting your mind up for clarity and balance.

11:30 am Vinyasa
This gentle flow will wake up your body and get you ready for the day. Enjoy the movement of your body together with a short meditation and some nice breathwork.

2:00 pm Somatic Movement
We are under stress every day and all we need is to slow down and drop into the sensations of our bodies. This class will help you to get into your body and out of your head.

Each class is 60 minutes long. Come and try a single class for 20.00 AUD (except Meditation for 10,00 AUD and Prenatal Yoga for 25,00 AUD), and if you enjoy it, you are welcome to purchase a 10-class package for 180.00 AUD.
