Private Yoga Session

We will start with an assessment of your mobility, state of nervous system and overall well-being and create a plan how to proceed. Each session will address your personal needs and include meditation or check-ins, breathwork, mobility and somatic movement, and relaxation.
According to your body´s ability we will use different props to make poses more accessible for you to get the maximum benefit.
Working one on one will allow me to give you my full attention and address the areas that need improvement. Using all my different modalities in the private sessions will open up deeper level of healing and transformation.


I love to work with people one on one to create an individual practice according to the needs of your body, mind, and soul. We don´t necessarily need movement, but my practices will almost all the time include at least a short flow of different poses suited to your body’s aches and limits. In a one-hour session with me we will have a look where the range of movement of your body is, what is happening in your mind, and where we can create more expansion, flexibility, and strength. Each session will focus on what is present right now and will function as a homework to take with you.

Your private session

I recommend having at least one session a week to check how well you respond to the practices and what else is coming up in tension, restriction, and challenges. We can do the session at your space to help you feel more comfortable and at ease, or you can meet me at my place to get out of the house.
 
Give it a try and book a session for 60 minutes at a cost of 90.00 AUD, and if you enjoy it, you can book a 10-session package for 850.00 AUD. You will see, feel, and hear the difference.

For two people the price will increase to AUD 140,00.

Yoga for Seniors

Let’s keep moving your body and enjoy an individualized Yoga session using a lot of props to comfort your advanced body. Chairs and bolsters will be our best friend to make different poses more accessible to you. We will look at your bodies movements and restrictions and slowly increase your range of movement.

Book a 45-minute session for AUD 65,00 to explore the possibilities of Yoga.

If you enjoy it, there is a 10 sessions package available for AUD 620,00.
