Yoga Classes

My local in person classes are a combination of the flowing Vinyasa Yoga and the gentle, relaxing Yin Yoga, which create a beautiful combination of different aspects needed in our lives. Each class will begin with a meditation and/ or breathwork to retrieve ourselves from the daily routine, get centred and slow our minds down. Depending on the day and the mood I am in the class will either begin or end with longer held Yin poses to get into our deeper tissues, accompanied by the faster paced, flowy Vinyasa style to get our muscles and blood moving. We will close the session with a resting pose to let our body, mind, and soul integrate what we have accomplished. My goal for each class is to let you go back into your daily life with a stronger sense of self, a calm state of mind, and a comfortable body to move around. 
 
My classes are suitable for everyone – all ages, abilities, and gender. With different variations of poses all levels will be considered and addressed.

Each class is 70 minutes long. Come and try a single class for 20.00 AUD, and if you enjoy it, you are welcome to purchase a 10-class package for 180.00 AUD.

Private Yoga Session

I love to work with people one on one to create an individual practice according to the needs of your body, mind, and soul. We don´t necessarily need movement, but my practices will almost all the time include at least a short flow of different poses suited to your body’s aches and limits. In a one-hour session with me we will have a look where the range of movement of your body is, what is happening in your mind, and where we can create more expansion, flexibility, and strength. Each session will focus on what is present right now and will function as a homework to take with you.

I recommend having at least one session a week to check how well you respond to the practices and what else is coming up in tension, restriction, and challenges. We can do the session at your space to help you feel more comfortable and at ease, or you can meet me at my place to get out of the house.
 
Give it a try and book a session for 60 minutes at a cost of 90.00 AUD, and if you enjoy it, you can book a 10-session package for 850.00 AUD. You will see, feel, and hear the difference.

Yoga Party

You would like to get together with your friend, and are wondering if there is anything new to try? Why not organize a Yoga party? Invite all your friends into your home or a nice little space to relax, connect, share, and practice Yoga. Within a few hours you will see that you created a deeper connection with your friends, a relaxing atmosphere to switch off from daily routines, and a feel-good sensation for everyone joining.
I am happy to join your little party for one and a half to two hours and guide you through a beautiful practice for body, mind, and soul. All we need is a bit of space for everyone filled with lots of fun. If you don´t have a location, please let me know and I will help you find one.
 
Minimum of 4 people required.
1,5 hours cost 180.00 AUD
2 hours cost 220.00 AUD
20.00 AUD per additional person
